In October Dr Marc Morris, published Historian, visited Battle Abbey School to work with our Sixth Form students. He delivered a really engaging lecture on the Normans and their impact, and spent some time critically reviewing some of the key contemporary (or near contemporary) Historical sources from the time. This visit provided lots of content to help our students with their A Level course studies as they have a significant academic project to complete based on this period in history.
