BAFPA & Development
Alumni Relations & Development
The Alumni Relations & Development Office is a new initiative at Battle Abbey School that has been set up as part of the wider School Development Plan, and our vision for Battle Abbey School to be one of the best small schools in the UK.
Our aim is to bring people together in support and understanding of the School’s present activities, and plans for the future.
In order for us to maintain a strong link between our former pupils and staff, current and past parents, and other friends and supporters of the School, Jemma Joyce, our Alumni Relations & Development Officer helps co-ordinate the many and varied BAFPA (Battle Abbey Former Pupils’ Association) activities and FOBAS (Friends of Battle Abbey School) events. She also oversees the Battle Abbey School Community website: https://battleabbey.alumni-online.com/
For more information about the Alumni Relations & Development Office and how you can support Battle Abbey School, please visit the Battle Abbey School Community website or contact Jemma Joyce, Alumni Relations & Development Officer, on 01424 772385 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Battle Abbey Former Pupils Association (BAFPA)
We have a very active former pupil association and keep in touch with our alumni regularly with termly e-newsletters. Please send your updates to: email@example.com
In addition to our annual Founders’ Day service, (always the first Saturday in October) where former pupils are invited back to the Abbey (many of whom as guest speakers) we hold regular decade and year of leaving anniversary reunions.
If you are a former pupil and would like more information about reunions and events, to search for and contact old friends, or to view fantastic photographs from our archives dating back to 1912, please visit our ‘Battle Abbey School Community’ website pages by clicking on the link below:
Please find a selection of former pupil profiles below highlighting some of the exciting and varied fields our former pupils enter after completing their education. We are adding profiles to this section all the time.
If you would like to submit a profile or are interested in BAFPA please contact Jemma: firstname.lastname@example.org
