Some of our Prep pupils top up the straw on our strawberry crop, we are resisting all temptation to eat them until they are really ready! The Eco crew also raided the school’s herb garden to gather a herb basket for the kitchen. It’s wonderful to see the pupils getting stuck in, seeing their crops grow (all the way from seed to kitchen) and really getting a handle on where food comes from and how it is managed. Our budding Eco-citizens and Green Stewards love their sessions with the school’ s dedicated Sustainability Lead Mr. Mal.
