Seven year 5 & 6 pupils travelled to Watford on Friday evening to take part in the ESSA individual championships. As always with our swimmers they rose to the occasion and produced some very impressive swims. In total at the gala we had no less than twenty personal best times achieved, eight top twenty finishes and nine top ten finishes. This is the first time the Prep school has entered this competition, in the East division of ESSA, which meant that our swimmers were competing against completely new swimmers, and incredibly fast swimmers at that! We are very proud of our swimmers who just keep getting better and better. Watch this space for more swimming news coming soon!
