The Prep schools Green Go Kart club pupils took a trip to Goodwood for the The Greenpower challenge ‘Gathering of Goblins’ just before the end of term. The school purchased its kart kit from the Greenpower Education Trust, the purchase fee coming from our ever supportive FOBAS team (Friends of Battle Abbey School) who fund exciting projects for the pupils pitched by BAS staff. One of our core principles is to inspire young people to excel in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) and what could be more exciting than designing, building and racing an electric car at Goodwood!
