A few more pictures from our Careers Day at the Prep; this time from the Careers Showcase event. A number of parents, former pupils and exhibitors from the local community spoke to pupils about their jobs and fields of expertise. We had personnel from Sussex Police, the Banking industry, an airline pilot, IT, Law and Subsea energy on site among others. Everyone enjoyed themselves and there was a purposeful atmosphere. All our visitors said how engaging the children were and the children left really inspired. It’s part of the Prep School’s wider plan to engage our younger pupils with the world of work (see also our ‘Big Me’ dress up days) a concept which ramps up considerably as they reach the senior school and Key Stage 4 when GCSE choices need to be considered. #careers #careerseducation #bexhill #bexhillonsea
