We are excited to announce that our Science Quiz Team has successfully qualified for the National Finals, which will be held at Oxford University during the summer term. We have been eagerly awaiting confirmation of the result as we came 9th in the Semi-Final, with the top 8 teams gaining automatic qualification. Our hopes were pinned on our score being high enough to get us through as the best placed runner up and thankfully we were successful! The team is captained by Sam with Raffie, James and Pedro completing the roster. We also have a reserve team of Ishaan, Elodie, Madison and Georgia that have practiced alongside and have supported throughout the qualification process. This remarkable achievement reflects the dedication, hard work, and teamwork of our talented pupils. The team has demonstrated exceptional knowledge and cooperation, and we couldn’t be more proud of their success. As they prepare for this prestigious event, we encourage everyone to join us in celebrating their accomplishment and wishing them the best of luck as they represent our school on a national stage.
