Hot on the heels of his success at St Mary’s, Peter C also entered a theological essay competition run by the John Locke Institute (with Oxford University and Princeton University). This was a much more global competition, and last weekend Peter C attended the awards ceremony having been short-listed from more than 34,000 essay submissions.
At the awards ceremony Peter was awarded a “Very High Commendation” (which meant Peter was in the top 3% and in effect fourth on the day) for his essay titled “Is It Reasonable to Thank God for Protection from Some Natural Harm If He Is Responsible for Causing the Harm?”
