Prom Hire

Battle Abbey School has had the great honour of hosting School Proms and Leavers Balls for a number of local schools in recent years. Many are return customers who come year on year. The Abbey really has that wow factor; The history, the setting and the fantastic catering to really make your event one to remember. What is included

• Exclusive Use of The Abbot’s Hall, Dukes Library & Dining/Bar Area
• 4pm – 11pm
• Table furniture, glasses, cutlery etc
• Arrival soft drink
• Jug of tap water for the table (refilled as required)

£35.00 per person – 2 course menu (2 menu options available per course) or an 8 item finger buffet

£40.00 per person – 3 course menu (2 menu options available per course) or an 10 item finger buffet

Please note:

• If you require any food or drink that is not part of our standard offering, we would be happy to discuss this with you. Usually most alternative options can be provided but an additional fee may apply.
• Any DJ, band or photobooth booked, must provide us with a copy of their public liability insurance and any relevant PAT certificates prior to the event.
• Proms events are only available outside Battle Abbey School term dates.
