Reception and Year 1 had a fantastic morning at Sanctuary Farm. First they enjoyed helping the farmer to feed the hens, turkeys, goats and sheep. (They particularly loved the somewhat naughty goat Harry, who was very quick to come out and wander round the farmyard amongst the children). After that they enjoyed some crafting to make a picture of a sheep using sheep’s wool and then they planted a sunflower. The most exciting part of the morning was cuddling the lambs! They were adorable!
