Extra Curricular Golf at Sedlescombe Golf club. We now have 13 pupils singed up for our offsite supra curricular societies session; who we bus down on a Thursday afternoon.
Pupils are either on the driving range practicing shots with various clubs, or on the putting green, practising their pitch and put.
The school has two Golf instructors now, Dan and Tim who cater for all abilities from total beginners to one of our pupils who has a single digit handicap! Our Australian Gap student Gus is a very good golfer too with handicap of 3, so he helps out.
The lessons are fun and instructional and all the pupils have improved a lot singe the beginning of the academic year.
(School golf enthusiast Miss Torok also takes our boarders to the driving range and she has plans to take them round the Par 3 course in the not too distant future).
