On Friday 10th October, Dr Marc Morris, published Historian, visited us to deliver a presentation to parents and to work with our Sixth Form students. He delivered a really engaging lecture on the Normans and their impact, and spent some time critically reviewing some of the key contemporary, or near contemporary, Historical sources. This visit is part of our visiting speakers programme for A Level Historians, and helps our students with their A Level course as they have a significant academic project to complete based on this period in History.
