Battle Abbey School were proud to attend the remembrance service at St Mary’s church on Sunday 8th November where two of our students (Armand E-D and Emmie S) were representing the 88 (Battle) Squadron Royal Air Force Air Cadets at the service. Emmie was chosen to lay the wreath on behalf of the Air Cadets. Then on Tuesday 11th November the school joined the Battle community on the Abbey green where a very moving service took place commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the end of WW2. Our Chamber Choir were honoured to sing as part of this service.
